ps4 uses 64bit system. A xbox one can only handle a 32bit. A ps4 can handle a better gaming performance and a nice shaders output. Xbox one and Ps4 can be compared to a gaphics card like ATI Radeon HD7970 whic is top in class for gaming on Pc's these days. The best thing about HD7970 is that it uses 128bit format.
For a Ps4 Gameplay 64bit is sufficient.
