PS4 boosts Sony’s sales by 14.5%

The increased PS4 sales and a rise in services revenue are expected to boost the sales in the future. Sony ended its year by increasing its sales and revenue by 14.5 percent over the previous year to $75 billion, primarily to the launch of the PS4 and an smartphone sales. 

Due to the launch of the new PS4, revenue increased by 38.5 percent over the previous year , which sold more than 7 million units worldwide.
